I'm still wondering how will the final design for Plum (the girl in the picture) be. Wings or no, bug girl or no. The only thing for sure is, that she'll join a pirate crew of Jim's.
The bug-monster is her friend Lady Princess. Plum likes to ride on Lady Princess and feed her with leaves. Leaves make a good saddle too, though.. hmm!

Lazy colouring because I'm lazy, I'm colouring this with traditional media too.

i think that too because i've been drawing her mostly buglike. she doesn't look like without butterfly wings and hairlike antennas.

Mhm, buglike! As such Lady Princess and Plum sort of compliment eachother. Two of a kind. :D A pair. Bert 'n' Ernie.

The bellybutton is cute, and Lady Princess is darling. ;)
